How To Contact Customer Support

Designed to meet our customers' most common support needs in a timely fashion, Purple Standard Support includes several channels of communication between customers and our Customer Support Representatives (CSRs):

  • Web - Customers can contact a CSR by submitting a request via the support link in the top right corner of any Purple product. Questions or comments should be clear and detailed in order to ensure the quickest and most accurate answer.

  • Email - Customers can also contact a CSR by email at support@purpleincorporated.com. Queries should be clear and detailed in order to ensure that customers get the information they need the first time.

  • Phone - Contact our telephone support center at 970.445.2210 Press 2 (8:00 am to 8:30 pm MST).

  • Online Knowledgebase - Customers are also encouraged to use Purple' online knowledgebase. The knowledgebase can be searched by keyword and contains answers to the most commonly asked questions. It is frequently updated with tips and tricks so that even advanced users can increase their knowledge of our products.
